Depending on the projects, my missions were to rebalance competitive benchmarks, ergonomic audits, define personas, find customer-specific solutions to meet the needs of users, rebalance tree structure, experiences map or empathy map, set up user flow, or produce wireframes. I was at the origin of some UX workshops such as focus groups, warm-ups or brainstorming.I was also responsible for proposing new UX processes. For several weeks, we studied new UX methodologies that had not been followed by the agency until then. At the end of this research, we presented our recommendations to the various concerned clusters who welcomed this work very well.
