Key categories include Lens Designs, Coatings & Materials and Light Management and Key brands include Crizal, Transitions, Varilux, Nikon.Regional marketing position, Focused on organic growth in fast growing markets, with subsidiaries and partners. Reporting to VP Marketing Amera and managing a team of 8 people.

-Develop and implement BBGR marketing strategy in France (BtB subsidiary of Essilor Group, 160 Mio€ Turnover), with global marketing responsabilities of Product & services launches, key account and trade marketing, loyalty program, incentive, web& communication. Report to BBGR President, manage a team of 14 persons.-Define and deliver BBGR brand strategy in Europe for 15 subsidiaries and partners in Europe, value proposition and innovation plan, marketing program to develop sales ( 320Mio€ ).Report to VP marketing Europe.

-Recruited to define portfolio and product launch plan for BBGR international (EMEA)-Promoted Marketing Director for BBGR France in 2011 in addition to previous role.
