I have been in the mine management for the last 10 years and this is my passion.I have been part of diamond mining projects in Angola,Brazil South America, Democratic Repulic of the Congo and local diamond mines in the Northern Cape and Namakwa Diamonds South Africa . I was promoted in my service years from junior management to senior management . In 2011 I was given the oppertunity to hold the post as Chief Operating Officer for Namakwa Diamonds DRC.My goals in my field of management is to uphold production,good levels of communication with staff,project management and reach goals with a my team. A good management is only as good as the team he creates within the company and to reach the company goals as a team.
