After some time in the Care Community, working to support our members, I joined the Operations Community as one of the two first Operations Runner. Our core responsibilities were to ensure the day-to-day follow-up of our health claims management activity and drive Alan’s fraud prevention, investigation and recovery processes.From July 2021, I focused solely on the Fraud department, and helped build form the ground up our detection system, as well as designing the processes once fraud has been identified. Proof of our success: we went from 60k€ fraud detected in 2021 to 1.5M€ detected in 2023.
