Top Tier Lessons is an online platform that capitalizes on the massive new market created by the 2021 NIL bill by matching college student athletes with parents in the community looking for sports lessons for their kids.As CMO, I led the go-to-market strategy, company branding, and sales flow to rapidly scale TTL across the midwest. I also led our UX research sprints to ensure that our product delivers a world-class experience for all three sides of our marketplace.

Acted as an advisor for students interested in entrepreneurship by mentoring them with their startups and connecting them with opportunities on campus. Co-led a student advisory board to brainstorm creative ways to grow the entrepreneurial ecosystem at UIUC and integrate feedback from students. Assisted with all TEC-sponsored events, including the Silicon Valley Entrepreneurship Workshop.

Streamlined our project management by building a Notion workspace for all of Zero2One. Oversaw our community, marketing, and incubator teams' efforts to expand our on-campus presence and prepare for the incubator cohort in the fall.

Led a team to foster a culture of entrepreneurship and a sense of community around Zero2One. We established a feedback system, family system, alumni directory, and designed onboarding for new members. All while hosting the BEST socials on campus!

Zero2One is a student-run startup incubator program designed to empower student entrepreneurs. Through a series of workshops led by established entrepreneurs and professors, we learned how to properly ideate, research, market, and run a successful startup. After a pitching event, we worked on teams with a mentor to create our own venture.

Administered bag checks and magnetometer wand searches to guests at the entrance of Wrigley Field. Recruited to work security in the premier lobby entrance to the suites and clubs because of exceptional customer service. Go Cubs!

Participated in a mentorship program designed to teach basic business skills to students. Discussed different aspects of the company with brokers, employment recruiters, and regional directors.

Collaborated with a partner to create a short documentary-style film about Chicago's 606 trail. The film was part of a series created by Marwen students who were hired by the Trust for Public Land.
