Winch Energy SL is a subsidiary of an energy company headquartered in the United Kingdom, which aims to electrify communities in Sierra Leone in the form of solar mini-grids. Role includes;-The main point of contact in Sierra Leone reporting to the UK Office.- Follow and lead the commercial and technical workflow in Sierra Leone. - Managing all the operational aspects of the country office, including distribution, customer service, health and safety, human resources, sales, administration, billing and financial planning.- Maintain interface with local institutions, regulatory bodies, private and public country representatives.

Overall responsibility for Marketing Strategy and projects • Responsible for preparing an annual marketing and sales plan for the organization• Prepared yearly commercial revenue budget and operational expenditure.• Managed the campaign base portfolio with churn reduction objective.• Manage geo-marketing & coverage expansion strategy for the company.• PMO for strategic commercial project.• Manage the competition intelligence for the company• Have the delegation of authority (DOA) for the Chief Marketing Officer

Responsible for developing, delivering and facilitating a consolidated marketing strategy including;• Revenue Planning, forecasting and budgeting in line with the business objectives.• Site management, site evaluation and profitability• Market intelligence • Annual Research management

Work with the financial planning unit in finance with key responsibilities including;• Opex Productivity - Working on company-wide operating expenditure planning and control with the key objective of reducing wastage.• Capital productivity- By supervising the status & transfer from WIP to FA.• Prepare overall annual budget for the company with a specific focus on expenditure• Prepare a daily flash report to management on major KPI's

Responsible for remuneration management and planning for the company;• Process Payroll & other benefits of staff• Monitor the company HR Operating expense as per plan • Coordinate all Outsourcing & Staff Transition as per plan • Timely and accurate HR Reporting - MAPA , MRP & HRIS

Responsible for sales and distribution reporting for the company. Responsibilities include;• Prepare daily sales report for Management• Prepare monthly distribution mapping report.• Prepare monthly Outlet report for Management• Prepare distributor commission for the month• Supervise regional sales report on a weekly basis • Preparing Sales staff salary – Performance Base Pay• Liaise with distributors on monthly target.

Responsible for the financial planning for the bank. Responsibilities include;• Production of the monthly management report• Produce periodic/statutory reports and accounts (Profit & Loss reports, balance Sheet, budget variance analysis etc.) • Produce periodic statutory returns for regulatory authorities (BSL, NRA, NASSIT) • Produce monthly Customer Profitability Report.• Prepare Monthly Performance Review• Provide semi-monthly and monthly expense analysis.• Oversee the consolidation and review of returns from branches
