- Participation in Basel 3. Basel 3 is a set of financial reforms that was developed by the Basel Committee on Banking Supervision with the aim of strengthening regulation, supervision, and risk management within the banking industry. My involvement on this project implied : - Analysis and modification concerning the existing segmentation. - Conception of scores : from the creation of the variables to the statistical modeling. - Development and use of an efficient calibration tool. - Documentation. - Monitoring - Statistical studies.- Development of the Open Banking. Open Banking is the system of allowing access and control of consumer banking and financial accounts through third-party applications. I have worked on this project since its beginning and took part in :- The project framing, especially regarding the collect and use of Open Banking data.- The creation of a statistical monitoring including the main KPIs.- The implementation and monitoring of an Open Banking score.- Conception of a statistical score on a specific population. A score was already running for several years but monitoring showed the importance of a new score due to performance and stability loss. I had the opportunity to work on this new score and :- Create the database containing diverse variables that could be useful for the score.- Use a logistic regression (stepwise) to have several interesting statistical models and choosing the optimal one.- Document the entire process.- Optimizing the activity of customer advisors from the company. A statistical study, with several updates, was conducted in order to review the activity in terms of performance, look for possible processes improvements and make sure that those modifications had the expected impact.- Managing the monitoring of different running scores. The main goal of this existing process was to make sure that the current scores were still efficient in terms of performance and statistical stability.

I had the opportunity to achieve my final internship in Cofidis, in the marketing department. During these 6 months, I mainly worked on our offer of personal insurance and more specifically on how to optime the targeting of clients that could be interested in this offer.Therefore, I conducted statistical studies and also created a score specific to personal insurance.

This internship was one of my first introduction to a professional environment. I was able to work as a BI developer, on a tool called Birt. My main tasks were the conception and optimization of BI reports regarding a ready-to-wear company.

This internship, that I decided to achieve abroad, was conducted in an e-commerce company called Advansys. Not only was I able to learn various notions of digital marketing such as SEO and PPC, but also, I improved on my adaptation skills because of the fact that I experienced it in another country.
