Annecy Headquarter

Definition of the strategy (end to end) of the Supply Chain Group (Europe & South America).Deployment and steering in order to satisfy customers requirements on Automotiv, Industry and Aerospace markets (Turn Over > 900 M with 13 plants).In charge of procurement (worldwide suppliers) and 3PL management (warehouses and transport).Reporting with the Board and the Headquarter (Japan)=> reinforcement of the corporate S&OP, new methods implemented (collaborative SC, demand management, operational flexibility, milkrun suppliers, DDMRP, TCO) and improved KPI (OTD +10 pts, inventories turn +7% and global logistic costs -2%).

Annecy Headquarter

Definition of methods & standards « lean – JIT – MRP » approaches (S&OP, VSM, kanbans, milkrun).Development of "customer supplier" culture and reduction of production leadtime .Referent of the Logistic field Group (skills, training, mobility and IR ERP – MRP).=> leading crisis with automotiv customer, building "pull flow" referential, experts consultant management; implementation of « pull flow » workshop in Automotiv, Industry and Aéronautic plants.

Argonay Plant

In charge of P&L (450 people) in a strong growth period.Sales contract negociations, news developments and MRO activity.Increased productivity (lean manufacturing, flows organization, make or buy process) to absorb high increase of market.=> TurnOver +18% and Operating Margin +4 pts

Annecy Plant

In charge of P&L (220 people) on markets with very strong fluctuations.Reengineering of the BU organization in order to improve reactivity => TurnOver +15%, Operating Margin + 6 pts and sucess in ISO 9001 certification.

Cran-Gevrier Plant

In charge of P&L (40 people) in a context of Business Unit reengineering (new location gathering sales, R&D, manufacturing and logistic).Strategy analysis (customers interview, costing) and Asian market focused (Turn Over x 2) to strongly improve OI.

Chambery & Cran-Gevrier Plants

Implementation of « PECHINEY Operational Excellence roadmaps (SMED, VSM, Kaizen) ».Launched autonomous teams and skills transfers (people retirements).Management of technical projects (new investments) and ISO 9002 certification.
