I was given the mandate of starting up a new RV dealership within the Leisure Days Group in Mercier, Quebec. During this 5 months mandate my duties included:• Building up a sales team including financial and insurance specialists..• Building up a service team• Building up an administrative team• Manage over 4 million inventory• Building up a marketing plan• Manage a very tight startup budget of approximately 300k.• Liaise with The leisure Days Group of investorsAfter my 5 months assignment I was to hand over the management of the dealership over to regular management staff of the Leisure Days group.
