With over 30 years of experience in engineering and management, I am a Technical Manager at Forefront Medical Technology, a leading company in the design and manufacture of innovative medical devices. I have a degree in Psycho and Law from Université des Sciences Sociales de Grenoble, France, and multiple certifications in risk management, thermoplastic injection moulding, and air force schools. I am fluent in French, Italian, and Portuguese.My core competencies include mechanical, electrical, and electronic engineering, research and development, leadership and mentoring, and problem-solving. I have successfully managed R&D channels throughout the group, working closely with manufacturing facilities to ensure the improvement of the final products and services to the customers. I have also overseen the day-to-day activities of the Engineering Team, coordinating and directing projects, making detailed plans, and approving purchasing documents. One of my proudest achievements is co-inventing a patent for injection moulding using rapid hot-cold vacuum, a method that enhances the quality of thermoplastic materials. My mission is to leverage my engineering forte and domain expertise in induction heating to create cutting-edge solutions for the medical device industry.
