Coordinated the development of corporate strategy for CHEP Americas (a $2B Division of Brambles). Active in CHEP Americas’ diversification strategy, resulting in tangent business opportunities for CHEP's equipment pooling solution - including new platforms and services in transportation, information and technology. Recruited after MBA graduation for corporate development program which consisted in 3 rotations: Operations, Finance & Business Development.Leveraged operational expertise and MBA to make an immediate and positive impact, which set the stage for future assignments and promotions across functions and geographies.

Performed strategic market and launch assessment to develop market entry opportunities for CHEP in Asia (China, Japan). Role included leading market assessment, entry strategy, business planning, start-up/organization setup and deal negotiation for equipment pool acquisitions and securing lighthouse contracts. As a result, CHEP now has a thriving business in China in FMCG and Automotive.

Supported sales team with profitability-and-feasibility analysis of deals. Planned quotas, compensation incentives and overall pricing. Reported on sector performance for the produce division and worked on strategic growth initiatives. Performed pricing strategy & market segmentation work netting millions in bottom line impact. Enabled complex multi-country, multi customer deal which led to substantial business in Central America.

Orchestrated an operations improvement strategy for the CHEP Canada Network (23 facilities). Developed performance measures/ benchmarks and roadmap to improve supply chain performance. Effort led to a 15% year-over-year reduction in supply chain costs.
