Process Routing Audit: design of a mathematical model for production time estimation, identification of waste in production and development of strategies for process and routing improvements.Waste Management: identification of physical and energetic waste and development of strategies for waste and impact reduction.Outcomes:• High Academic Achievement• Improvement and increased confidence in planning estimates• Improved flow of goods: appropriate capacity at each workstation and better management of bottlenecks in the production line• Increase in throughput times and productivity• Reduction in costs associated to both energy and general waste• Reduction of the factory environmental footprint
