Traineeship to develop my Master's Thesis in the Department of Project Management Office at Bosch Car Multimedia, SA.Title: "Development of a prototype of a computer system to support project management for industrialization." For the implementation of this project, I followed the recommendations from the Requirements Engineering literature, which initially advises to collect and detail the needs of the organization. Later these requirements have fueled the process of software development, where we adopted an agile methodology in order to cope with the changes that the project could face. It was thus possible to portray all the problems that we wanted to solve with the implementation of this project within the period stipulated. With this work the PMO achieved an improvement in the process of decision making by increasing the information quality as well as their sharing within the organization.My roles:- Full stack developer (PHP, SQLITE, HTML, CSS)- Business analysis,- Develop comprehensive functional specifications for high-priority requirements in partnership with key stakeholders.- Keep stakeholders informed of project progress through regular updates and communications.- Oversee User Acceptance Testing and create test plans and scripts.- Take a lead role in documenting use cases and analyzing requirements.- Support rollout and go-live of the project ( ~500 users @12 countries-> Europe/Asia/North America).
