Managing the performance team of NovaSource Power Services for a 3+GW fleet (~900 plants) of Commercial/Industrial and Utility Power Plants.

Now part of the O&M and Energy Operations group at SunPower, I am managing and reporting the performance of the Utility Power Plants across the USA and South America (fleet of 1.5 GW). Leading a weekly customer oriented PDCA process involving the site supervisors.The aim is to ensure the performance is meeting the contractual obligations and to identify the different opportunities to improve and optimize the production of each plant. Running the Performance tests demonstrating that the PV plants are meeting the guaranteed conditions (Capacity tests, Availability calculations, Performance ratio tests).

This document is part of the South African bid [3 plants awarded - 120MWp].- Setting of yield estimation processes for Design team and proposal analysts.- Redaction of yearly reports (including analysis of the solar resources, of the performance guaranteed and recommendation for performance improvement) for the key account customers (Total, Etrion for instance).- Supervisor of 2 students in their end-of-studies internship of industrial engineering.

Development of a sizing tool for these projects.- Supervision of the SCADA commissioning of 2 Utility power plants in the Caribbean French islands (10MWp).- Functional leader of 2 Moroccan technicians.- Internal trainer on the PVsyst software.
