Pierre Molina holds a Bachelor’s and a Masters Degree in Biology from Université de Montréal. He participated in the development of Falcon Environmental Services (FES) in the mid-90’s for airport wildlife management services and continued the development of a variety of services, such as expert-counsel during public inquiries on nuisance wildlife and environment, as well as conservation programs for protected species. Mr. Molina is now the co-owner of Falcon Environmental Inc (Canada) and Falcon North America (US), also known as FALCON.Since 1996, Mr. Molina is FALCON’s senior airport wildlife biologist. Mr. Molina cumulates 25 years of experience in airport wildlife management. Mr. Molina has provided airport wildlife training at severals airports.From 1995 to 2014, Mr. Molina has been involved in the education of students doing their Bachelor’s in Biology at Université de Montréal acting a professor during the university Ecology Field Course. Mr. Molina has also participated as an author in the publication of various scientific papers and presentations. Finally, he headed a team of advanced pilots and radar specialists to create new drone and anti-drone services.In addition to his participation in a number of various scientific papers with his research team and with other organizations, Pierre served on many boards for conservation organizations and public education schools. It is his great honor to serve on the board of directors of Bird Strike Canada since 2011. Pierre lives near Montreal, Quebec, with his wife Sarah and their children Flavie and Esteban.
