He centers his work on a rigorous but adaptable process designed to meet the challenges of wildlife management in high profile industries, such as civilian and military airports, landfill sites, and of wildlife conservation programs in which humans and wildlife now require solutions and strategies to cohabite. As President & CEO of Falcon Environmental Inc. and Falcon North America, he redefined the companies’ Vision, Mission, and Culture while developing the management team to accomplish the organizations’ objectives and values.As a result of his leadership the organization has developed several risk management techniques and softwares available to airports to better assess airport wildlife risk. Finally, he headed a team of advanced pilots and radar specialists to create new drone and anti-drone services.In addition to his participation in a number of various scientific papers with his research team and with other organizations, Pierre served on many boards for conservation organizations and public education schools. It is his great honor to serve on the board of directors of Bird Strike Canada since 2011. Pierre lives near Montreal, Quebec, with his wife Sarah and their children Flavie and Esteban.
