- Manage a Federal/Provincial/Territorial/Municipal relationship.- Prepare briefing material for DG-level and above (decks, briefing notes, etc.)- Draft, edit, and translate a wide range of communications products to the BizPaL Steering Committee members. An attention to detail is an asset in this responsibility.- Report on annual BizPaL results to Executives and Steering Committee members.- Manage employee project progress and establish weekly sprints (milestones) by using an Agile project management software.- Draft and make recommendations for budget ask requests.- Coordinate the BizPaL Steering Committee face-to-face meeting (drafting documentation, travel letter preparation, logistics, etc.)- Coordinate between minister's office and federal, provincial and municipal communications teams to issue news releases and backgrounders for new partner jurisdiction launches.- Evaluate bids as part of a procurement process.- Synthesize proposals for Specified Purpose Account-funded projects.- Mentor for Innovation Canada’s Official Languages Mentorship program (weekly individual meetings with mentee).

Conduct interviews of Federal Student Work Experience Program candidates.Plan, coordinate and train staff to become high-standard front-line service providers.Track interactions with the general public and maintain a positive team environment.Measure performance and evaluate staff members for success and improvement.Report on results to a variety of internal and external stakeholders.Seek out partnership opportunties by establishing and maintaining positive internal and external business relationships .
