As Associate Director, my main objectives are to ensure complete guest satisfaction while maintaining and developing Pub profitability. - Maintained full responsibility for designing and managing the company’s participation at all major international trade shows boosting the number of visitors and sales leads: Ipex ’02 (Birmingham, UK), Ifra Expo (Europe, annual), Graphitec (France, annual), Grafitalia 2001 (Milan, Italy)...Some of these multi-million euros events involved live demos of large web offset and bindery systems, pre- and post-show communications, advertising, product marketing materials, press and customer events, staff training, etc.- Designed, developed and executed the company’s internal communication strategy resulting in increased awareness of – and contribution to – key company objectives.- Drove the business unit changes toward a coherent Corporate Identity, leading to major Product restyling and communication materials redesign.- Facilitated Customer focus panels, resulting in future products or new features’ R&D projects based on user’s expectations and priorities.- Directed the design of multiple communications materials enhancing the brand image and establishing the company as the leader in technology and innovation.- Took responsibility for creating marketing plans supporting successful new product introductions in the European markets.

- Developed, implemented, and evaluated the annual communication plans of the Rhodia E&C business unit (marketing communications) & La Rochelle plant (both local internal & external communications).- Managed the development, distribution, and maintenance of all print and electronic communication materials including, but not limited to, newsletters, brochures, and website.- Mentored and led a team member responsible for Rhodia E&C website administration and coordination.- Coordinated webpage maintenance - ensuring that new and consistent information (article links, stories, and events) was posted regularly.- Managed all Trade and Local media contacts (Press releases, Press Conferences…)- Coordinated and organized annual international sales meetings.
