Shifts on all anaesthesia and intensive care workplaces within the Vienna General Hospital (except for the dedicated cardiothoracic OR and ICU) covering the complete spectrum of anaesthesiology, intensive care medicine and in-hospital emergency medicine. - 5-month rotation with focus on procedural sedation of children and adults for diagnostic and therapeutic interventions as well as anaesthesia in the dental and oromaxillofacial surgery day clinic.- 6 month rotation on the burn victim intensive care unit - 6 months rotation on a mixed adult/paediatric intensive care unit also covering patients after cardiothoracic surgery and organ transplantations (lung, liver)- 5 month rotation in the Division of Pain Management and special Anaesthesia, covering acute and chronic pain management in the in- and outpatient clinic, anaesthesiological management of adults and children at the department of radiation oncology (mainly neuraxial procedures and sedations), and regional malignant hyperthermia support hotline- combined 6-month rotation in Paediatric Anaesthesia including regional anaesthesia techniques and research leave- rotation in anaesthesiology for neurosurgeryMember of the research group on Transfusion and TransplantationMember of the working group on Medical Simulation and Patient Safety

Performing studies concerning modulation of fibrinolysis in an experimental sepsis model within the Sepsis Research Group (http://trauma.lbg.ac.at/en/team/intensivmedizin)

Zeugwart Alte Donau: coordinating the purchase, sales and reparation of rowing boats and related responsibilities. Annual Budget approx. €30K. Involved in general decision-making regarding the rowing club's daily issues and future perspective.
