- Design of parts and sub-assembly from wind generator HALIADE 150- Follow and support suppliers of parts and sub-assembly I designed- Analyse of the tests results from the first prototype and optimization of the reliability of the system

- Technical assistance for Project Management (design of standard mechanisms and others calculus).- Design of parts and subassemblies composite materials according to customer requirements and production methods (for aerospace, automotive, cycling …).- Design of tools for the industrialization of composites parts (molds, jigs of controls, templates and robots machining and finishing).- Order tracking with the Purchasing Department, support and production management to the functionality of the tools.For example :- Product updating and PLM intégration for HANS - Head And Neck Support - for automotive- Modification of mold for new design of helicopter's handle in carbon fibers- Updating product of arm in composite materials for the satellite TARANIS- Design structural parts assembled on the tunnel cold flow fo test benches of reactor LEAP-1B- Assembling of a gluing tool of blades in aramid fibers in their steel backing- Design of tools to increase the production rate of parts of bicycle's wheels- Design of tools to make reparation on a blade of fan for industry- Design and PLM integration of new frames covers in glass fibers for door of A380- Design to manufaturing of magnetic housing for offshore wind turbines

- Airworthiness monitoring of ETEC fleet - state and defense jets - (2 Falcons 7X, 2 Faclons 2000EX, 2 Falcons 900)- Practice of an internal audit of Airworthiness Directives and Services Bulletins - Diagnosis and corrections of discrepancies in collaboration with French air force- Participation to maintenance management task within the planning - Study of maintenance costs of ETEC fleet (6 aircrafts) to project an hourly cost of general maintenance for the fleet for the next 6 years

- Management of production on CNC machines - Implementation of the quality control of production

- Practice of Quality audits - Update all documentation of design and quality control in design and manufacture mechanical (standards, processes, procedures ...) - Interface between all sector (design, production, assembly, expedition)- Manage a project to reorganize a local of forging workshop (budget, material and human sizing)
