• Designed a management system based on Harvard’s Balanced Score Card for publicly-listed companies focused on embedding corporate governance standards within business operations. This entailed consulting with companies during the development phase of the framework and drafting of reports for clients after conducting diagnostics of their management system.• Designed a ratings scorecard using the OECD and World Bank’s corporate governance standards for commercial banks, as a tool to measure compliance with corporate governance regulations. Coordinated all developments with the compliance officers of banks and the Central Bank of the Philippines (BSP). The following banks amongst others participated in the pilot project (BPI, MayBank, UCPB, RCBC, BDO, China Bank, Allied Bank) *The scorecard was the first of its kind to measure the strength of the banks governance mechanisms and has been implemented by the BSP• In charge of setting up a quarterly Investors Dialogue between the international investment community and local companies to tackle corporate governance issues.

• Formulated and managed an international multi-stakeholder e-commerce project “Creative-commerce: Southern Realities for Global Markets”. Responsible for elaborating essential conceptual elements needed to be considered during project identification and preparation phase and drafting of project budget. Project aim: provide the technological means to promote ethical business and stimulate the export of creative and cultural products to a massive, consolidated, worldwide marketplace via an e-commerce platform.• Identified the most appropriate implementation modalities for projects. Specified needs for resources (physical, human and financial) and inputs, timing and phasing, cost estimates and other technical aspects.
