(Dept Repair and development)• Mainly on the PW150A, PW305,PW306, PW307, PW308 and PW500 engine programs• Delegated from the DAA to approve CIR repair instructions.• Support Overhaul shops for the cleaning/inspection/repair manuals (CIR).• Manage project and supervise process development with in PWC and external suppliers (Infotech).• Develop processes and provide coaching to global work share supplier.• Develop technical definition for part repair schemes, including technical criteria to be met, inspection limits and repair methods to be applied. • Develop or review cleaning/inspection/repair (CIR) procedures.• Answer part deviations questions and provide repair scheme/disposition. • Research and organize technical data/engineering documentation to produce the CIR manual. • Conduct manual validation at MRO’s.• Identify repair requirements from new/existing designs.

(Dept Accessories Technical Support)• Primary for the PW100 and PW150 engine programs.• Work within ECN Module Centre on Customer Support tasks primarily related to the management of suppliers supporting accessory. • Identify and analyze various support problems then devise, propose and implement corrective actions at the suppliers or at P&WC. • Investigate root-cause of selected problems arising on customer engine accessories. • Represent the Aftermarket on various supplier Corrective Action Boards (CAB's) and IPT's. • Review, analyze and use monitoring systems to highlight and respond to issues identified. Communicate field lessons-learned to Engineering and service Engineering.• Provides technical and commercial support for service related problems encountered in the operation. • Coordinates follow-up reporting of field events through monthly reliability meetings.

Participate in the Integrated Product Development Process (IPDP) with Engineering and other major functional areas as well as providing field issues input to the Market Feedback Analysis (MFA) and Passport processes.
