Main mission: To identify and develop business opportunities within segmented target accounts in both international companies and public administrations in order to increase IBM market share. `My goal is to: - Contribute to the business through a sales campaign on a leading integrated workplace management system: 900K € opportunities generated in 2012. - Build strong relationships with prioritized key regional business partners in order to drive business growth through references and sponsored speaking events. - Plan and manage time effectively to ensure appropriate coverage of segmented target accounts and to maximize return on time. - Develop, maintain and own a territory plan designed to exceed sales targets and drive market share through effective targeting of appropriately identified opportunities. - Organize & attend road shows, customer / Business Partner organized events, lunchtime meetings and any other appropriate events. - Use Oracle Siebel CRM to identify opportunities and monitor sales success.

Main mission: To assist the regional Sales Manager for North of France.My goal was to:- Contribute to the business development through specific customer account analysis (“deep dive” & Client Value Account Planning).- Develop and maintain KPIs reporting as well as provide custom reporting to the business.- Take part in the organization of Lead Generation events in collaboration with the Marketing Department (overall budget for 2011 > 60K €).- Set up and manage a regional community for IBMers and Business Partners using “IBM SmartCloud for Social Business” software in order to provide a collaborative workenvironment.
