Managing the 3rd party retail sales channel together with an international internal sales team, sales agents and distributors. In the retail channel manager role I was in charge of all sales and brand activities through our retail and distribution partners worldwide, ensuring a balanced distribution mix and on brand appearance in all channels.

In my role as European key account manager I was responsible for developing and acquiring EU key accounts on new and existing markets, in both online and omni-channel environments. The A-Z management included customer relationship management, full sales and marketing budgeting, trade marketing activation's, ensuring on brand representation within POS product presentations and brand marketing activities etc.

In the role as Country manager for Sweden and Norway I had full market responsibility including, budgeting, acquiring and managing key accounts, planning and executing of all sales and marketing events, recruiting and managing sales representatives in Sweden. During these years we grew GripGrab from a relatively niche brand in Sweden to a broadly available brand enabling more people to ride their bikes in comfort all year around.

As Sales representative I was managing and developing around 150 retail partners, covering pre- and re-ordering, sell through and campaign activation, POS merchandising, budgeting etc.

Acting as the link between customers and designers in the production of marketing material for the web. Managing web servers and domains giving support on these as well.

Delivering mail while riding my bikes as much as possible.
