Joined SimuLearn Inc. in May 2001 as Project Development Director to create the first A.I. real-time leadership simulator for Windows. Became Director of Sales Development in 2003 to help grow SimuLearn’s business over a ten-year period to over 250 organizations, including 200+ business schools that are using the cutting edge Simulator. Clients include Yale, Johnson & Johnson, Intel, Verizon, Grainger, and the U.S. Army. Advised and supported Ph.D. students in creating impact studies on learning retention and behavioral change using the simulator. Co-authored an article published in the Journal of Leadership & Organizational Studies called “Leadership Development in an Electronic Frontier: connecting theory to experiential software through supplemental materials.”

Founded Presentation Technologies, Inc. in 1992. Initially the company offered large events multimedia experiences using 3D animations, sound FX, and inspiring visuals. The company kept in step with emerging technologies, i.e. offered presentations and training on CD-ROM, and continued to evolve with the emergence and adoption of the Internet. Used various technology platforms (interactive kiosks to CD Business cards) for marketing and training departments of large pharmaceutical companies, including AstraZeneca, Bayer, Boehringer Ingelheim, Bristol-Myers Squibb, GlaxoSmithKline, Norvatis, Pfizer etc. Also created training programs using CGI quality 3D animations for other institutions, including the IRS. May 2001, worked with SimuLearn Inc. as the project director to lead a team of 35 engineers in four different locations (Atlanta, New York, Lyon, Paris) to successfully create vLeader (www.simulearn.net) the first leadership simulator. vLeader won best training product of the year in 2003 as published in the ASTD magazine T+D.
