I wanted reorient my career to an international position, so I joined Bonitasoft in 2013. Bonitasoft is a Business Process Model company, developing an Open source product, in Java. Oversaw the introduction and innovation of new products moving them to market for a positive bottom line. • Research Planning & Implementation: Allocated resources to invent an enterprise resource planning (ERP) product using workflow and design pattern technology. The product allows clients to execute commercial, purchasing, financial, CRM, HR, documentation, and production functions. • Product Improvement: Regularly reviewed customer feedback, market competition, and technology changes to assess the benefits and challenges of improving existing products. Upgraded the primary product to offer maintenance, CRM, HR and collaboration services on mobile devices.Key Contributions:  Effectively elicited customers’ needs and translated the business requirements into technical specifications while simultaneously supervising the Professional Services Department. Transferred back to the head office to guide technically complex projects that had the highest mix of risk and reward. Key clients included aerospace, military, health insurance, utility, and government entities.• EDF (Electricity Of France) for the financial service attached to the main headquarter, to build an EDMS based on Documentum.• DRM (Military Secret Service) for a system to store, interpret all documents using an Artificial Intelligence tool to interpret the data, also use workflow to propagate the information to the right analyst.• MAAF (health insurance company) to build a system to scan 5000 letters a day and send information to operators (30 to 200 operators), stored in optical disks, and keep documents accessible for the call center.• Airbus Industrie: build an extranet (in 1998 !) to allow the airline company to access the different drawings of airplanes, for maintenance reasons. 5 million drawings were stored in disks, and accessible via the Internet on a browser. The project extended to the partners of Airbus to produce the drawings (Deutsch Airbus, Aerospatial, British Aerospace, Alenia).• At the same time, I was promoted and nominated R&D Director, supervising the developing a workflow engine used on different projects. We built a Workflow engine, an Electronic Document system product. These products were on the base of different offers selling by MC2.

Transferred to the American affiliated company of MC2, Alysis/IA Corporation, to aid the Research and Development Team with the buildout of a new workflow engine. Steered both the setup of optical character recognition to convert document text into machine text and formulated an automated testing framework.

Headed the creation and implementation of a distributed system, to store and grant authorized access for Deutsch Airbus, which was the largest project of the company during my tenure. The C++ tool allowed the client to scan and save engineering documents at a rate of more than 2K per day. Over 4K print outs and 10K of the drawings were accessed on the production line using the new system.
