A 35 year + international career in civil infrastructures, telecommunications, power grids, renewable and nuclear energies has developed my taste in human cultures as well as in innovative technologies. I have defined, set-up, staffed and driven operations and project teams in numerous countries, including long-term assignments in Chad, Chile, Poland, Switzerland and in Finland. Leading the full life cycle of turnkey projects has become the thread: from business development, bidding and contract negotiation to engineering, construction, commissioning until final take-over, with a strong focus on customer satisfaction, safety, quality, on-time delivery, contract management and financial results. I have also recovered projects in crisis situation.Besides I teach Project Management in Engineering schools (Ecole des Ponts ParisTech, Ecole Centrale Supelec)
