I made Northern California my temporary home in 1999 because I was eager to discover and learn from this area of innovation and creativity. Little did I know that this wonderful place would become my permanent home (for the last 26 years) and that it would open my eyes to a new passion: Hospitality and Gastronomy!Working for US and French companies of all sizes in various industries (Tech, Social Media, Hospitality, Chemical, Interior Design), and traveling through all the States for years extended my understanding of culture and diversity in manner of conducting business.Eager to apply what I learned, I started a few businesses and I had tremendous fun doing. I learned a lot through it and met great people along the way. I am very proud and humbled of those experiences.Since 2005, I have had a great time acting as a Luxury Hospitality Consultant bringing value to management groups, purchasing groups, ownership, and properties by focusing on understanding their challenges and finding opportunities for growth/improvement. Fun and rewarding it is!Always involved in communities and building partnerships/relationships, I started a non-profit called the French-American Hospitality and Gastronomy Association whose purpose is to create a bridge between both worlds and create synergies.Reach out to me: 415.637.9504
