Responsible for securing, managing and developing existing key account and maximizingprofit and growth, through the formulation and development of new plans, initiatives,Long-term client relationships and key business strategies. Analyzing management data andIdentifying trends and opportunities. Conducting regular business and account reviews.Working with the North-West University and a few of the local ISPs such as Jenny Internet I learned a lot about MikroTik and Ubiquiti Hardware, including PoE units and switches. I did most of the research on MikrtoTik, Ubiquiti, Ruckus, RF Elements, TP-Link, TotoLink wireless networking and also Hp Procurve, Cisco, Netgear, Juniper, Trendnet, D-link network switches and much more to help them to expand their network become one of the biggest internet service providers in the Potchefstroom area.I also worked closely with local companies and Municipalities in assisting them with networking and security needs such as Kaspersky, Symantech, Cyberoam and McAfee renewal licensing.

As production manager I was involved with the planning, coordination and control of manufacturing processes. My responsibilities was to ensure that goods and services are produced efficiently and that the correct amount is produced at the right cost and level of quality.

Maintain existing relationship clients through planning and managing the full relationship between Caretower and its customers by engaging in a variety of tasks including project management coordination, strategic planning, relationship management, negotiating, leadership and innovative development of opportunities. Identify potential new clients and business opportunities on a global level. Responsible for monitoring the performance of the sales team by establishing a system of reports and communications involving sales reports, cyclical sales meetings, sales newsletters and electronic bulletins.

I am responsible for maintaining a working computer environment in the Flaviofon office and improving the computing facilities in the office. I keep software up to date, purchase new equipment, perform regular backups, and address technical difficulties as they come up. I am also responsible for improving the computing situation in the office in whatever way possible
