Part-time CFO at MediaGo Conseil – Gland, Switzerland (2021)- implementation of the company's financial tools, particularly in terms of cash flow forecasting and profitability by activity monitoringCFO (Interim Management) at G-ray Switzerland SA – Hauterive, Switzerland (2020 - 2021)- Preparation of the 3-year strategic plan in partnership with the new CEO in close collaboration with the Board of Directors- Implementation of the strategic plan: 2.6 MCHF fundraising in July 2020 (Series A), COVID-19 loan (support measures for start-ups), main debts renegotiation and restructuring of the group- Handling all aspects of accounting operations, including payroll, VAT tax returns and year-end audit but also consolidation, financial forecasting and reporting and treasury management

- Project leader for the Booking / Transfer Pricing rules redesign between the different entities of the group- In charge of the due diligence process for the group new financial shareholders (Atlas Capital Merchant and Edmond de Rothschild Equity Strategies) in 2018 and institutional, with notably Rabobank, Swedbank and Belfius between 2016 and 2017- Preparation of the group Business Plan, as well as projections requested by Management according to development strategies explored, particularly in the context of the shareholders’ structure evolution- Implementation of a bottom up budget approach by Business Line to allow budget monitoring with the corresponding managers. Main subsidiaries budget (taking into consideration local regulations) extrapolated from this exercise- Management tool development (Oracle Hyperion Essbase / internally developed Data Cube) to monitor monthly activity by Business Line at group level after allocation of indirect costs knowing that the follow-up was previously done on Excel
