SciCross is a life science company with focus on data analysis in translational medicine.Our aim is to integrate and analyse data generated along the drug development pipeline in order to achieve better treatment of patients. This involves analysis of high-dimensional omics data for biomarker discovery, pathway analysis and data management activities. In projects we apply both traditional statistical methods, machine learning and artificial intelligence approaches. We also have a special focus on understanding immunogenicity, both for risk assessment of biologics and for vaccine design. Currently we are involved in a number of biomarker discovery and immunogenicity assessment projects. We are also a member of the 35M euro IMI ABIRISK consortium, http://www.abirisk.eu, where I am leader of the "Database and data analysis" workpackage.

AI-driven recruitment!

Together with my partners Wojtek (professor in mathematics at KTH) and Ryan (scientist at KTH/KI) we formed DataVerge to tackle analysis of complex high dimensional data using topology. In our pilot projects we have generated novel insights to the data and in combination with machine learning approaches our aim is to bring great value to customers by driving decisions based on knowledge!
