As the founder of Be Brave, a Strategy Design lab, we conspire with multi-billion rand businesses to design winning strategies. My work is all about being brave enough to face brutal truths, listen to your gut and make the tough choices. Strategy is the art of decision-making, we blend gut instincts with data and trusted frameworks to build businesses and products that matter. My journey started in fashion design and has taken me through marketing, advertising, product development, team building, and people development. Alongside this, I have a deep passion for philosophy and systematic theology.Part creative, part philosopher, part strategist—I'm completely obsessed with building things that matter with people who do. I'm basically an augur, I read the signs of the times, empowering businesses to understand, map, and harness complex human behaviours for unique strategies.I’ve spoken on four TEDx stages and around the world on strategy, chaos, and teams, collaborating with startups, tech companies, and non-profits, which has deepened my understanding of human behaviour, markets, and strategy. One of my proudest moments was contributing to the development of the curriculum and product at Coachbit.com, an ed-tech startup that saw 15X growth in just one year.I'm also currently completing a Masters at Stellenbosch University, researching loneliness and belonging—topics that are close to my heart. As a keynote speaker, I draw on insights from ancient thinkers, contemporary trends, and my love for all things Japanese (I'm a complete Japanophile).I’ve authored four books and received the Desmond Tutu Gerrit Brand Prize for Literature in 2018.
