Product Manager/Software Architect/Project Leader of Smile.Smile is a proprietary trading application connected to all major U.S. exchanges. Smile includes multiple back ends dedicated to specific tasks and a very sophisticated trading front end with various functionalities such as portfolio valuation, risk management, mass quoting, click trading, electronic eye, RFQ, spread trading.It operates in real time, it is very customizable, and can easily incorporate dedicated trading strategies.- Initiated the Smile project- Initially Designed and Developed the main components/processes of the application.- Build and scale up the programming Team (up to 12 developers).- Designed and Developed the key components (Valuation and 3 level Greeks, Volatility Curves, Communication Layer, Publish&Subscribe, GUI foundation blocks, SQL foundation blocks).- Implemented numerous functions of the sophisticated front end.- Implemented some very specific Trading Strategies.- Designed the overnight batch processing system for fault tolerance/high availability and the dedicated process scheduler.
