He brings his unique life and work experiences to help Entrepreneurs, Engineers and Managers, be more effective and engaged, and navigate through major transitions in their lives and work. Previously, Pierre had worked 18 years in the telecom industry and, 5 years in civil engineering, in 6 Canadian provinces and 2 US states. Pierre devoted the first 18 years of his career to help build the telecom networks that give us access to the internet. Now he is devoting the second part of his life to fulfill his two passions, the understanding of the evolution of human beings and technology. His mission is to help people prepare, adapt and thrive in the 4th Industrial revolution. Pierre Dussault Ing. est un coach professionnel certifié (CPCC/PCC) et un consultant en leadership/gestion. Il utilise ses expériences phénoménales de vie et de travail pour aider les entrepreneurs, les ingénieurs et les gestionnaires à être plus efficaces et engagés, et à naviguer à travers les transitions majeures de la vie et du travail. Auparavant Pierre a travaillé pendant 18 années dans l'industrie des télécommunications et 5 années en génie civil. Il a œuvré dans 6 provinces canadiennes et 2 États américains.
