We predominantly service investment funds invested in liquid as well as illiquid asset classes such as private equity, real estate, infrastructure, private debt and micro finance. I advise prospects and existing clients of the bank on setting up UCITS funds, private equity and real estate funds (SIF, SICAR) as well as on funds as wealth structuring tools (SIF).

This includes preparation or review of the legal documents, liaison and follow-up with the Luxembourg supervisory authorities and organization of operational processes.
