I learn new technologies and spread them when they can have a positive and deep impact into society and business activities. For 20 years, I have envisioned the trends and led change within my customers with a constant concern about knowledge workers performance and well-being. I wanted to explore different areas in IT and succeeded in all of my engagements even if they were addressing situations in very different ways. During my career I therefore endorsed the roles of: - Sales & Pre-Sales : $3M to $7M yearly targets achieved - Project Manager (PMI & Agile): over 5000 man days directed and delivered - Business Developer: launch of new business units and activities in Japan or France - Engineer in software development and system administration: over 200 applications developedWhen I grew up surrounded by aver 50 horses and training them for races, I learnt what it takes to achieve ultimate performance: defining goals, embracing challenges, planning way ahead and mitigating risks, learning from scratch every time as every horse is unique, and dealing with stress. This is how I could explore the world on my own and discover new cultures and countries, having worked and lived in France, Sweden, USA and Japan. The only boundaries are the one we are creating in our mind and exploring the world is the most fascinating adventure everyone can make. In parallel with my career, I'm passionate about people's mind & behaviors and I am close to achieve a bachelor in psychology very soon. Sharing this knowledge is also a must and during the last years, I had a chance to organize multiple conferences with hundreds of attendees around the following topics: - Positive disintegration from Dabrowski - Intelligence and cognitive capabilities - Giftedness at work and Human Resources - Is there something like Emotional Intelligence?
