Information Technology System Engineer
Current- Coordinate with various stakeholders, including vendors, consultants, and project personnel, to plan and execute IT and asset management projects.- Facilitate communication and collaboration among project personnel to identify and resolve project-related issues promptly.- Manage project budgets, negotiate with stakeholders for necessary resources, and ensure adherence to quality standards and project timelines.- Submit project deliverables and ensure adherence to quality standards and project timelines.- Conduct risk assessments to identify potential issues and develop proactive strategies to mitigate risks and ensure project success.- Analyze project trends and performance metrics to anticipate and address challenges, contributing to the timely resolution of project-related problems.- Lead process improvement initiatives to streamline IT and asset management workflows, enhancing efficiency and productivity.- Implement changes to IT processes and procedures in alignment with strategic objectives, driving continuous improvement and operational excellence.- Mentor colleagues on different services and tools.- Manage IT assets and perform periodical stock inventories.- Provide technical assistance and support to users, both locally and remotely, addressing inquiries related to computer software, hardware, and equipment operation.- Install and configure new equipment and software, ensuring seamless integration and functionality.
