This project aims to streamline business processes and align the tools and processes of Stelmi North America into the SAP Aptar 1 System.This Roll-out project is a keystone strategic initiative that is built upon the SAP Aptar 1 solution. This solution has been developed to standardize and harmonize Aptar business practices and will be rolled out into all the Aptar facilities. This solution include processes in FICO, MM, PUR, SCM, PP, QM.

Managed a project to implement a Grant Management System for the Government of Nova Scotia. This solution is designed to handle more than 300 million dollars in subsidies and grants. It consists of a SAP portal and a SAP CRM solution that will enable online management of the end-to-end processes for awarding grants (from grant application until the submission of the final report of the project for which the grant was requested)

Primary Engagement leader in charge of business development for all SAP opportunities for Quebec. Act as a strategic advisor on the following SAP Projects:WRHA (Winnipeg Regional Health Association); BC Minister of Finance: Revenue Transformation to achieve improved results in AR balance, recovery rate and extinguishments.

Improving the IT Governance and the PMO culture of project management (IT Balanced Scorecard, Quality Assurance plans, management review of projects, aligning the process of approval and financing of the projects (Gating Process) with the projects life cycle)

In charge of the following projects:1) Optimization of the SAP business processes (PP, MM, SD) for an important French manufacturer of electronic components for its plants in California and China.2) Upgrade assessment (from SAP 4.6C to ECC 6.0) for Société de Transport de Montréal (Utility) and Agropur (Food industry)3) ECC 6.0 upgrade project for the Groupe TVA (Media). This project consisted of an OS-DB migration followed by an ECC 6.0 upgrade, including the Unicode conversion.4) Implementation of the regional RIS (Radiology Information System) for the Estrie Region In Quebec (Healthcare)5) Delivery manager for the implementation of a SAP Health Solution for seven healthcare institutions of the Montreal region6) SAP Health solution implementation project for the eight healthcare institutions of the Saguenay-Lac-Saint-Jean region in Quebec7) SAP implementation for RTI-Claro, a wholly owned U.S. subsidiary in the aerospace industry.

In charge of: • Implementing the SAP AM module (Assets Management) at TransÉnergie HQ for the asset management of Hydro-Québec's subsidiary in Chile;• Developing a CIS (Customer Information System) for GECOL (Electric Utility in Libya);• Achieving an integrated IT plan for STEG - Electric public utility of Tunisia;• Performing a feasability study and developing scenarios for the implementation of a CRM , SAP and MAXIMO (MMIS) for STEG in Tunisia• Implementation of the SAP R/3 suite (Modules: FI CO-TR, MM, RH, PS, PM) for Transelec in Chile (Subsidiary of Hydro-Québec),• Y2K project for Senelec (Electric public utility of Senegal),• HQI mission manager for 4 years in Haiti for the realization of the organizational, technical and operational recovery plan for Electricité d'Haiti (EDH). Also acted as director of EDH's IT department.

I was responsible for the first large-scale implementation of an e-mail system at Hydro-Québec. I managed a division of 16 specialized IT professionals using DEC (VAX) and IBM (AS/400) minicomputers, LAN, databases, tools for application development, specialized and scientific software. In charge of realizing management systems to support the enterprise construction program (Equipment Division).
