    • One of the largest projects that I was involved with in my career as a Project Manager for Eastern Canada was to move all users from Star Data application to Thomson ONE application. This involved transferring over 200 clients and about 2,000 users to this new application. This entailed changing all ADSL circuits to T1 circuits, new hardware to installation and removal of existing equipment at each location and working with all major clients to have this new application distributed to their users. This was achieved within a timeline of 8 months.• I was selected to manage the office move to Thomson’s existing location. This included all telephone systems, WAN, LAN, Network cable and PC installations. The project was completed on time and without any service interruptions.• Regained a National Account client generating 1.5 Million dollars per year with 700 users. This was done by establishing a link of confidence with the client, clearly presenting our adapted solution to his need and persuading the C-Level of our advantage solution
