Producer & Traffic Manager
CurrentIn my role as Traffic Production Manager at KNON Radio (89.3 FM), I am continuously striving to positively contribute to the diverse Dallas-Ft. Worth community that comprises our listening audience. Being associated with such an iconic radio station, with such a long and proud history of meaningful community service and contributions, is something in which I take great personal pride. My responsibilities at KNON are wide-ranging, focusing on the production of effective spots, collaborating with local non-profit organizations, and creating Public Service Announcements (PSA’s) to raise awareness of important community issues and services. In addition, I oversee all social media, video production, and assist local churches to reach their audiences through our KNON gospel music programming. My responsibilities extend to scheduling KNON FM and KNON Now’s (streaming station) diverse 24/7 programming ensuring that a variety of topics and themes are available to a much wider audience. On each Saturday morning I produce two long-standing call-in talk shows where listeners, hosts, local community officials and leaders, special guests, non-profit entities, etc. share and in a candid manner openly discuss a wide range of community issues as well as current local and national topics and events. I am proud to be a valued member of the KNON staff and community at large, where we are dedicated to serving the residents of the Dallas-Ft. Worth Metroplex. On a daily basis I strive to put my best foot forward, relying upon my experience, skills, and dedication to help assure that KNON is achieving its mission – “We Are the Voice of the People.”
