The Navistar Innovation and Design center is a creative hub where designers from all walks of life come together to collaborate. I work on the International Truck brand (formerly International Harvester) designing infotainment interfaces. Converting these once analog dashboards and controls into modular android-based system requires a keen attention to detail. The transportation industry is full of legal, ergonomic, and regulatory requirements that impact the system foundationally. Considering these along with cross functional insights, I create visual concepts that I iterate through to production intent delivery.

1WorldSync is a software company that offers a rage of digital products focused in product content orchestration. Together we repositioned the brand to address a highly studied target audience. The company used Zoom, a positioning agency, which over the course of several months gathered, studied, and analyzed key users in digital focus groups. Their positioning efforts resulted in messaging pillars that we then translated into key elements within the brand manual. I used this manual to oversee the rebrand and design of the company’s 100+ page website.

As 1WorldSync expands its brand presence through strategic acquisitions, the marketing department takes on the dual responsibility of rebranding new acquisitions while consistently delivering compelling sales enablement and marketing collateral. With each new acquisition, we ensure a seamless transition by executing comprehensive rebranding that aligns the acquired company's identity with the overarching 1WorldSync brand. This includes refreshing visual elements, updating messaging, and integrating acquired assets into the cohesive brand ecosystem. In addition to rebranding efforts, the marketing team maintains a steady rhythm of high-quality sales enablement materials and marketing collateral. This includes brochures, reports, case-studies, social media and website graphics as well as many more.

Club Med's all-inclusive Caravelle can be found along the islands of the French West Indies in the Caribbean. I was lucky to live and work there for about two years as their Social Media Manager. With minimal resources but enthusiastic collaborators we pulled off some of the company’s highest performing social media content to date. This international position elevated my own personal standards and opened up the door to a world of possibilities in design.
