I have always dreamt of being an entrepreneur.Attending ESSEC Business School was great. It gave me the opportunity to work in the Silicon Valley and later join KPMG.Audit gave me the best tools to buy well (and sell !) my first franchise in the bakery business.It worked well, and together with my wife, we sold it to go on a world tour.We started our second bakery in 2017, with the best bakery franchise, boulangerie Ange. Now we are happily developing the franchise in the Dijon area, while taking care of our 4 children thus combining entrepreneurship, family care and a passion for food.
