I have 33 years experience and my goal is to sincerely "help" customers with "their" best interest at heart. Getting the right people to do the work can be extremely challenging, time-consuming and often disappointing and discouraging. I've met so many people who have had a bad experience that will last a lifetime, even after getting 5 - 10 quotes! Save yourself the headache and get me do the leg work for you. This is a very different experience than hiring a GC (general contractor) who often are looking for whoever they can get to do it for as cheap as possible without consideration for high-quality services and workmanship. My workers are proud experienced top notch professional specialists. Many of them work for, or have worked for, big-name companies as subcontractors. These companies add a big markup, plus the 10% commission for their salesmen. I get the workers at the price they charge the big companies directly before the mark-up! My commission is only 10%! The contractor adds that 10% to your price and they in turn pay me directly. Services include all masonry (brickwork, stone, concrete etc), waterproofing, roof replacements, speedy response emergency roof repairs, eavestrough, fascia and soffit, siding, safety surfacing, painting, calking, carpentry and small additions such as dormers, entrance roof etc. If it's something thats not on the list tell me and I'll probably be able to help you. Quality/Honesty policy: I will not get lesser quality workers if the top workers are not available. I'll be honest and tell you I don't have anybody for that right now.Thank you.
