Supporting local organising structures to implement the safety, security and services (SSNS) requirements at 6 EURO 2020 Stadiums:• Managing a procurement plan with each venue for the equipment needed to deliver a safe event• Managing the project plan/timeline and budget for each venue• Liaising with all local counterparts to ensure all aspects of venue planning are in line with the SSNS plan• Ensuring local stakeholders meet their obligations in terms of delivering the overall SSNS concept• Reviewing stewarding and private security deployments with the venues and aligning the event specific requirements• Helping with event training for private security organisations at each venue• Various HUB activities during tournament phase

Supporting event organisers in the development and implementation of tailor made event safety operations:• Supporting the Senior Security Manager in developping the event management plan• Liaising with local and international authorities and law enforcement agencies• Assisting other functional areas in defining all client groups journey ensuring a smooth experience for all attendees in a safe envrionment• Monitoring the implementation of specific risk mitigations regarding highly sensitive clients groups (protocol security)• Reviewing local security contractors responses to tender calls, ensuringcontractors’ active and accurate planning in an integrated approach and on budget• On site briefing and monitoring of security contractors

Supporting the Courtesy Car Service Manager in ensuring a smooth transport operation dedicated to officials, players VIPs and partners:• Calibrating the transport software to the event requirements• Managing booking requests• Dispatching the car fleet according to the drivers’ schedules

Developping a long term volunteer program delivered as a legacy for the city of Cannes « Cannes Volontaires » :• Designing and content writing of the association’s website in close collaboration with a digital communication agency and monitoring a volunteer management software development with our ITcontractor• Recruitment, training, role assignment and rostering of 800 volunteers• Supporting the Operations Manager in designing all spectator journey and levelof services for a temporary venue on « La Croissette » beach for 45 000 spectators• Identifying requirements from other functional areas operations, support themin achieving a outstanding spectator exprience by creating dedicated volunteersroles to each functional area (accreditation and acces control, security, transport, volunteer, accesibility)• Event time management of all volunteers with the support of 3 coordinators andvolunteers team leaders, live reporting to the operations director from thevolunteer control room

• Maintaining the Accreditation plan, risks, issues and dependencies registers• Coordinate the accurate and timely fulfillment of the accreditation process for the media (Press & Broadcasters)• Engaging and educating both internal and external organisations on requirements for Olympic and Paralympic Accreditation (around 3,000 participants)• Supporting OBS (Olympic Broadcasting Services), the host broadcaster, throughout the Accreditation process (over 8,000 participants)• Working with the Accreditation Operations manager to capture issues associated with venue zoning / Implement the Accreditation privilege matrix• Establishing and translating a document library (manuals, forms, templates)• Pre-print and distribution of the OAIC• Issue-resolution and various Help-desk activities
