Passionné par les technos web, j'ai pu occuper divers postes de développeur web à directeur technique, directeur e-commerce et même co-fondateur d'une startup avant de reprendre un rôle de CTO.J'ai su conserver et cultiver mes compétences de développeur web et manager technique (gestion de projet et d'équipe) tout en m'intéressant aux problématiques du e-commerce en général : web-marketing, analytics, data, business intelligence, logistique, production, comptabilité & juridique, service client, ergonomie, finance et business development. J'apprécie tout particulièrement la notion d'architecture technique dans le contexte actuel : il ne s'agit plus simplement de sélectionner, adapter et mettre en oeuvre la bonne solution technique, il faut désormais savoir l'intégrer complètement dans un écosystème en place (ERP, PIM, BI, ou tout autre application legacy) et la préparer à intégrer un écosystème futur en constante évolution (SAAS, PAAS, IA, ML) à travers des APIs diverses et variées.Enfin, j'assure bien souvent le rôle de PO en plus de celui de CTO. J'aime créer et faire évoluer un produit, j'aime particulièrement que le produit sur lequel je travaille ne soit pas uniquement un bel outil technique mais surtout un produit utilisé. J'aime donc comprendre les besoins, analyser et visualiser les data, j'aime réfléchir à l'UX, suivre les tendances UI et je veux comprendre les enjeux business : je n'aime donc pas seulement la tech liée à un produit, mais également tout ce qui l'entoure. J'occupe actuellement le poste de CTO / DSI chez Finvens où je mène à nouveau un grand projet de modernisation des outils de l'entreprise.Je travaille au quotidien surtout avec un terminal, un kanban, markdown et linux. Je gère donc les projets, le produit, l'infra et l'équipe de dev (sur place et en remote) mais je ne développe plus (ou presque plus, non pas que je n'aime pas ça, au contraire, j'adore) car j'ai une équipe de passionnés qui sont le plus souvent bien meilleurs que moi !Et le soir, après la construction d'une nième improbable voiture volante en légo avec mes enfants, quand je ne grimpe pas, que je ne bouquine pas ou ne regarde pas une bonne série, j'apprends à souder des résistances sur des esp8266 pour piloter mes radiateurs depuis un Raspberry avec home-assistant. #geek
