_ Main Responsibilities Include:•Collecting information from customers and clients and then entering the data into the central database, while cataloging with appropriate tags for ease of reference •Transferring physical records into a digital filing system•Retrieving data as requested, indexing and filing invoices•Maintaining and updating the database system as necessary Maintaining budgets and costs•Conducting stock inventory_Key Achievements:•Successfully reduced costs by 11% using a more effective budgeting system and seeking expert help•Improved efficiency of the workflow by implementing new programs and encouraging the team to increase sales•Improved communication with customers to better address queries, and complaints and in order to make appropriate decisions based on feedback
