• Responsible for providing Information Technology support to several departments including the Executive Directors of the Institution along with several units that require a high level of attention to information technology security to include: the Internal Auditing Department, the Internal Investigations Unit, and the Latin American and Caribbean Region. • Provide problem resolution and troubleshooting of desktop applications and computer hardware to include: all Microsoft Windows operating systems, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Lotus Notes, Internet Explorer, etc. and laptops, desktop computers, printers and scanners via the Remedy Helpdesk System. • Responsible for providing and configuring mobile and remote computing solutions for staff while at home or traveling abroad. This includes management of home computers and a laptop lending system. • Provide training to staff on the use of mobile computing solutions including wireless devices and technologies. • Update and maintain departmental website for use in communicating with customers concerning relevant technology issues. • LAN administration including changes and updates to user accounts and monitoring of network resources. • Core member of the departmental Business Continuity initiative that plans and maintains a Crisis Command Center for Executive Level Staff, including the President and Managing Directors of the Institution. • Deployment of the ED5 desktop environment for the MIGA pilot, tested various software and templates pertinent to the this group prior to the rollout using both RC1 and RC2 as well as provided training and desk side coaching to users after this roll out.
