After an engineering high school, I start my carreer in the R&D department of an aerospace company. I distinguish myself by a natural relationship with customers and technicians. My complementary MBA, give me the skills for commercial and financial management of a business unit or a company. A major player in the Material Handling market, offer me the chance to launch a new department within automatic systems. I start from scratch and thus implement my B to B marketing skills, negotiation with key accounts, management of multidisciplinary teams, management of a profit center. Significant Master Agreements are signed and follow the large automatic installations of European reputation, respecting budgets and deadlines. These successes in the management of business units, lead me to the position of Sales and Marketing Director, B to B, in 2 subsidiaries of international manufacturers of industrial goods: Jungheinrich and BT (TOYOTA group) .. I took advantage my experience in management and change management to: - Totally restructure a sales force according to the potential and type of customers, - Develop the reputation and brand awareness - Create innovative and differentiated offers by leading the teams in project mode , involving them strongly in strategic choices and associating them with success. Today, as General Manager International Key Account of UniCarriers (Mitsubishi Heavy Industry Group), together with an international experts, I use my knowledges and long experience in the Material Handling business to contribute to the growth of the company.
