I've been working in Telecommunications since 1998. I've made my way through several technologies, from private lines, datapac, frame-relay, ATM, Metro Ethernet and IP. I've started as a technician provisioning and repairing circuits to managing IP services.In 2004 I took the role of IP Technical Advisor for the Quebec Data/IP Test Center supporting provisioning, repair, coaching and training of IP services (IP VPN/MPLS and BID/Internet) involving BGP, MPLS, VRF, OSPF, EIGRP, RIP v2, QoS, NTP, Tacacs, SNMP, ATM, POS, Ethernet, DSL, T1, T3, Cisco Router: ISR, GSR, 7x, Cisco Switches, Siemens Routeur, Juniper ERX.Since June 2007 I've moved to a 3rd Line support job dedicated to a major Bank customer supporting all their managed services (IP) from routers, switches, load balancers, dns/dhcp server/appliances, monitoring systems from providers like Cisco, Nortel, Blue Coat, Solarwinds, Infoblox, Netscout...BGP, MPLS, VRF, OSPF, EIGRP, RIP v2, QoS, NTP, Tacacs, SNMP, ATM, POS, Ethernet, DSL, T1, T3, Cisco Router: ISR, GSR, 7x, Cisco Switches, Siemens Routeur, Juniper ERX, Cisco, Nortel, Blue Coat, Solarwinds, Infoblox, Netscout, F5 Viprion LTM GTM, Cisco ACE, GSS, NetMRI, DNS, DHCP, CA Spectrum PC PM eHealth, Cisco Prime, Wireless WLC Anchor ISE, NAC, Automation, Python, Netmiko, Paramiko, Ansible, NetMRI...So for 20 years I supported various networking solutions. This experience gave me a lot of challenges and lessons learned. In February 2019 I moved to a solution consultant role to design and implement new networking solutions.
