The International Federation of American Football (IFAF) is the international governingbody for the sport of American football and is responsible for all regulatory, competition,performance and development aspects of the game on a global level.

With more than 23k members, the French Federation of American Football is also the national government body for Flag Football and Cheerleading. Our organization, a mid size non profit structure, exists in a very competitive sports market, thanks to the creativity and passion of volunteers, players and our staff. Despite an average budget of 1.5M€ our activities are in progress every year. The development service manages a very diverse portfolio of activities: business operations, communication, event management and international relationship.Our last seasons highlights :-> The 2018 "Casque de Diamant" (Championship Bowl) with 5900 fan in the Stadium. Facility of Vileneuve d'Ascq city and member of the european metropole of Lille. - 2019 League of Nations qualification match at the Villeneuve d'Ascq Stadium in front of 7000 spectators. Recognized by the French Sport Minitery since 1989. This organization leads today the second biggest football organization in Europe with 23 000 members on the national territoryAs career development's next step in the sports industry, i joined as a full time manager the FFFA technical committee. I'm in charge of coaches education and players events. Educationbecame #1 priority for american football futur in Europe.------------------------Key achievement :- Project leader to massive online education for the french coaches program (formation.fffa.org)- 450 coaches and referees every season going through blended online / offline courses for a global revenus stream of 120k€ un June 2016 abnd now 157k€ in June 2017- Currently preparing a second european application for Erasmus+ funding based on 2014 experience.- Current attempt to break into the European market

EUROCLINICS is an online platform dedicated to coaches education. This project provides rich media and pedagogical contents for American Football in europe.www.eurofootballclinics.com------------------------Key achievement :- Team leader of an international project at the European sports level. Managing and coordinatinga 3 to 5 persons permanent staff between Paris (FR) and Vienna (AUT) and 24 contributors and speakers all over the world (From Los Angeles to Moscow).- Reporting to the board of investors about €45k yearly revenue stream and leading the team in a public fund raising of €500k from the European Union collaborative project department. The project have been successful but not funded.- Managing business development from blueprint to 1800 actives users. Based on web marketing skills using the most relevant tools from social networks and an important SEO/SEM optimization. The gross target was about 150 000 people in Europe.
