The continuation of work done for XRT, as Sage bought XRT

As XRT offshore manager I setup an R&D department dedicated to XRT's needs hosted by a local company. This included all outsourcing processes, inshore and offshore teams and projects organisation, projects architecture and technologies choice done with the inshore teams across France, Belgium and USA. I organised, team profiling and hiring processes on the offshore side. I set resources organisation and implemented project planning in order to enable information sharing between inshore and offshore. I implemented reporting tools enabling inshore managers to follow activities of the offshore team. Also I wrote a set of contractual documents and processes to allow inshore team to control and measure activity of the offshore unit.
